If you and your
spouse suffer from horrible snoring, You are not alone. One
fact about snoring is that 23% of couples suffer seriously from
this terrible condition.
You know as well
as I, it’s not just the irritation of staying awake night after
night or the shame of waking up again and again from your
spouse’s nudging. You know that not getting enough sleep is
frankly life threatening.
You know that it
can be life threatening when you loose focus driving in heavy
traffic or crossing street.
Not only that.
The physical and emotional site-effects of not getting enough
sleep can be something like nerves breakdown, stroke or heart
attacks. Just to name few.
You’ve probably
tried several things to eliminate this devastating condition.
You would probably do anything to get a good night sleep. But
you haven’t had any success, have you? When spend a lot of
money to treat the snoring symptoms when you can use the best
cure for snoring to fix the snoring problem
permanently?
So Let's Look at What Causes This
Horrible Condition in Your Life
Snoring is
always caused by some kind of blockage in the breathing
passage.
As the airflow
becomes irregular, the soft tissues in the breathing passage
will start to flap, making the irritating snoring
sound.
The real loud
sound happens when the soft palate (the flexible back part of
the roof of the mouth) starts to vibrate. And sometimes the tip
of it will even start beating on the tongue (which may also be
falling into the throat) like a drum.
It can be very
complicated to cure snoring despite the fact, it only has one
main cause. The reason is that the blocks vary so much. And
what’s worse, most people have more than one type of block,
causing their snoring.
-
Your throat can be
very weak and fall in when you sleep. This is very
common for people who suffer from sleep
apnea.
-
Weak tongue also
falls into the throat and block it. This is very common
if you sleep on your back but can also happen when
sleeping on your site.
-
If your jaw is tense,
then it may press on the breathing passages and narrow
it. You are probably not aware of tension in the jaw
muscles till you manage to relax it.
-
Floppy, weak soft
palate bang around like leaf in a wind. Some snoring
surgeries deal with this by cutting of part of the soft
palate or putting small plastic implants in it to make
it firmer. Simple moving it in the right way few times
a day will keep it firm and prevent it from
flopping.
-
I often say, ‘no
muscle is an island’ … meaning, every muscle in your
body is interconnected. If you’ve tense shoulders or
neck, all the muscles around your throat will be more
tense and put pressure on it. The same way as if you
squeeze a plastic bottle.
-
Finally, anything
that builds up in your throat will work as a dam for
your breathing passage. The most common dams are fat or
cigarette tags in the throat or allergy in the
nasals.
I’ve of course
only named few causes but there are endless other.
I guess when you
look at it, it’s just a common sense. I’ve found that you can
train this part of your body like any other part. Working out
the breathing passages.
You’re of course
not going for a heavy workout. You don’t kill a fly on your
friends head with a sledge hammer. I’m talking about light,
easy, simple exercises that get your breathing passage in top
shape.
The simplicity
of this is that no matter what blocks your breathing passage,
the same few exercises will cure you.
The whole area
from bellow your voice box up into your nasals and everything
in-between will open up and strengthen using the throat
exercises. It will also burn any fat in there and clean out
tar.
Strengthening
your tongue prevents it from falling into your
throat.
Loosing up your
Jaw muscles stops it from pressing on the breathing passage.
You’ll be amazed how much more easy your breathing will be
after you train your jaw muscles.
The Jaw
exercises will loosen up the jaw and help it reach its healthy
normal position where it won't press on the breathing
passage.
And finally, the
throat exercises will strengthen the throat and lift the soft
palate.
The Training Doesn't Take Much
Effort
You make the
choice how many minutes a day you want to train. The minimal
time is only 3 minutes.
How long you
exercise every day is up to you. You can train for as little as
three minutes a day.
I recommend
committing to 7-12 minutes a day for quick, permanent results.
After you cure your self, you never have to do the exercises
again.
For quick
permanent results, I recommend taking the program that requires
ten minutes a day commitment.
It varies a lot
between people how quickly the exercises work. I recommend that
you be ready to work the program for two months. The program
will most likely stop your snoring quicker than that. But if
you’re ready to give it full blast for two months, you’re
guaranteed to cure your self.

It’s nothing as
joyful for me as opening my email program and read the emails
from my clients. Most of them are simple thanking me for giving
them their life back. At least giving them their sleep back. I
hope I receive one from you soon.
