weight because it helps you develope a fat loss program that

risky to your health. I think the quickest way to losing your

As I read through the book, I
noticed it was very easy to grasp the concepts and follow the
steps to develop a plan of attack to lose the fat and make you
a Yummy Mummy (that is her words, not mine).

maximum calorie burning. In the book, there is an easy tool
that you can print out -- is a create a meal
planner. I think it is a great idea and will
help you make satisfying, energizing and fat burning
meals. Excellent!
The best part of this book in
my opinion is the 16-week bodyweight workout program. If you
didn't know, Holly Rigsby is an super qualified expert at
exercises. She provides a chart with pictures (of herself doing
the exercise) and exact instructions how to perform each
exercise to leave no doubt how to do it. And here is a great
tip, just click on the exercise you want to know more about,
and the book will take you to a blow-up section for that
specific exercise with BIG pictures and an explanation of the
work and what it is going to do for you. I think it is a super
way and I know you will agree with me...
The Fit Yummy Mummy is a fun
and easy way to lose weight. Another benefit is that you don't
have to go out and buy all that expensive weightlifting
equipment or even join a health club. You can do all her
exercises in the privacy of your home.
The Fit Yummy Mummy e-book is
an easy to follow -- no-nonsense approach to getting you back
to your pre-baby body. Forget about all those fitness magazines
and books out there that just overwhelms and beats you to death
